Upcoming Church Performance

Randall and his wife, Andrea have been invited to perform at Eastridge Park Christian Church, Mesquite, Texas, on January 24, 2010 (5:00 p.m.).

Randall served as Minister of Music at EPCC from 1999 - 2001. He and Andrea continue to enjoy friendships and ministry with the church members and pastor, the Reverend Dan H. Carroll. The church members have been greatly supportive of the Hortons since their re-location to New York City. The Hortons will present vocal-piano interpretations, and Randall will perform classical piano compositions and hymn improvisations.

Upcoming Performance: Dance Theatre of Harlem

Students from the Dance Theatre of Harlem School in ”Beautiful Ballerina”, a spoken word and dance presentation created by School Director Endalyn Taylorbased on the children’s book by the same name. Scholastic Books “Beautiful Ballerina” features children from the Dance Theatre of Harlem School.

Members of the Dance Theatre of Harlem Ensemble in excerpts from Billy Wilson's jazz inflected masterpiece "Concerto in F" (Music: George Gershwin); the premiere of a new pas de deux set the the music of Antonin Dvorak, and James Brown's "Mother Popcorn" from the ballet "Return".


Guest artist: Conductor, Composer, and Scholar Randall Keith Horton, performing select works for piano. Mr. Horton also teaches music at the Dance Theatre of Harlem School.
